â˝ What if I get an allergic reaction to your products?
As with any beauty product, allergic reactions can occur. If you're aware of any allergies, we suggest contacting us at info@kimbeautywarehouse.com before ordering, or checking the product descriptions and ingredient lists. Itâs highly recommended to test any product on a small skin patch first. If a reaction occurs, stop using it and seek medical advice if necessary. Please note, Kimbao Beauty is not responsible for any allergic reactions, and we cannot offer replacements or returns in such cases.
Why are there no SPF ratings on your Korean sunscreens?
Many of our Korean sunscreens have been tested in various countries like the USA and Europe but have not yet undergone testing in Australia. Therefore, their SPF claims are unverified according to Australian standards. For this reason, we have removed the SPF ratings on these products.
Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has shipped, unless items inside the box are damaged upon arrival. We thoroughly check each product for quality before dispatch, but damages can occur during delivery. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kimbeautywarehouse.com within 14 days, along with photos of the damaged product(s). Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenât received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card companyâit may take some time for the refund to be processed. If you're still waiting, contact your bank as there can be delays before the refund posts. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
