Change of Mind Returns:
You may return an item within 30 days of purchase, provided you have valid proof of purchase. For change-of-mind returns, we offer:

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

Complete sets or multi-item packs must be returned in full.

The item must include all original packaging, wrapping, and box.

Sale or promotional items, as well as purchases made using a coupon or promo code, are not eligible for return.

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including lip makeup, lip care, false eyelashes, nail art, accessories, and beauty tools (unless they remain sealed and in original packaging).

All returned products undergo a quality and hygiene check. If an item has been opened or used, we cannot provide a store credit or exchange.
Faulty or Defective Item Returns:
If you receive a faulty or defective product, you may return it within 30 days with proof of purchase. We offer:

Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.

Refund: A refund will be processed using the original payment method. If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued as a new gift card.
How to Initiate a Return:
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds for full-priced products will be processed within four weeks after the return package is handed to the shipper. In most cases, refunds may be issued sooner.
This timeline includes:

5 to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.

We ship exclusively via Australia Post. Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping within Australia, with no additional weight-based charges.
