Anua 8 Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Gentle Foaming Cleanser is a mild facial cleanser formulated with 8 kinds of Hyaluronic Acid and Panthenol to instantly hydrate skin and replenish skin barrier, while deeply cleansing pores without stripping skin
- Contains Zinc PCA to help regulate sebum secretion and reduce redness, while controlling the production of oil to maintain water-oil balance
- Further infused with Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein to support skin elasticity and repair, boosting skin hydration and refining skin texture
- A cream texture that melts into soft foam upon application with water, leaving skin with a refreshing and hydrating finish without sticky residue. Suitable for sensitive skin
How to use:
Lathers the cleanser into a rich foam and gently massage your face with your palm. Rinse it off thoroughly with lukewarm water

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Complete sets or multi-item packs must be returned in full.
- The item must include all original packaging, wrapping, and box.
- Sale or promotional items, as well as purchases made using a coupon or promo code, are not eligible for return.
- Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including lip makeup, lip care, false eyelashes, nail art, accessories, and beauty tools (unless they remain sealed and in original packaging).
- All returned products undergo a quality and hygiene check. If an item has been opened or used, we cannot provide a store credit or exchange.
Faulty or Defective Item Returns:
If you receive a faulty or defective product, you may return it within 30 days with proof of purchase. We offer:
- Exchange: Receive a replacement for the faulty item.
- Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.
- Refund: A refund will be processed using the original payment method. If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued as a new gift card.

This timeline includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive the return.
- 3 to 5 business days for processing.
- 5 to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
