Jumiso Blackhead Melting Softener helps eradicate blackheads and provides gentle pore care for super smooth skin.
- It provides gentle exfoliation with Succinic Acid and PHA, which together clear clogged pores, control excess sebum, and renew the skin's texture.
- Cypress Water and Tea Tree Leaf water soothe and calm the skin.
- Panthenol and Hyaluronic Acids help to hydrate the skin and lock in moisture.
- Cruelty-free and formulated free of artificial fragrance and essential oils.
How to use:
Soak cotton pads with the softener until fully saturated and apply them to clean and dry skin for 10 - 15 minutes. After removing the soaked pads, remove the softened sebum with a scraper, extractor, or cotton swab. Rinse the skin thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Complete sets or multi-item packs must be returned in full.
- The item must include all original packaging, wrapping, and box.
- Sale or promotional items, as well as purchases made using a coupon or promo code, are not eligible for return.
- Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including lip makeup, lip care, false eyelashes, nail art, accessories, and beauty tools (unless they remain sealed and in original packaging).
- All returned products undergo a quality and hygiene check. If an item has been opened or used, we cannot provide a store credit or exchange.
Faulty or Defective Item Returns:
If you receive a faulty or defective product, you may return it within 30 days with proof of purchase. We offer:
- Exchange: Receive a replacement for the faulty item.
- Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.
- Refund: A refund will be processed using the original payment method. If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued as a new gift card.
How to Initiate a Return:
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds for full-priced products will be processed within four weeks after the return package is handed to the shipper. In most cases, refunds may be issued sooner.
This timeline includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive the return.
- 3 to 5 business days for processing.
- 5 to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
