The COSRX Hyaluronic Acid Intensive Cream is an intensely hydrating cream filled with bountiful hydrating ingredients like sea-buckthorn, known as a vitamin tree, and hyaluronic acid that help boost hydration of the skin without feeling greasy or heavy. It also contains other active ingredients that help protecting the skin from dehydration while balancing the skin’s water and oil content. With sea buckthorn oil providing nourishing vitamins and amino acids, it’s an excellent antioxidant to help repair cells and slow signs of ageing.

Ingredients: Hippophae Rhamnoides Water, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Betaine, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, 1,2-Hexanediol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Arginine, Panthenol, Dimethicone, Ethylhexylglycerin, Carbomer, Allantoin, Xanthan Gum, Ethyl Hexanediol

Directions: After cleansing, toning and using treatment products, apply a small amount and gently massage over the entire face in an upwards and outwards motion. Pat until fully absorbed. Follow with SPF during the day or use it as your last skincare step at night. For better results, use the hyaluronic acid essence followed by hyaluronic acid cream.

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • Complete sets or multi-item packs must be returned in full.
  • The item must include all original packaging, wrapping, and box.
  • Sale or promotional items, as well as purchases made using a coupon or promo code, are not eligible for return.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including lip makeup, lip care, false eyelashes, nail art, accessories, and beauty tools (unless they remain sealed and in original packaging).
  • All returned products undergo a quality and hygiene check. If an item has been opened or used, we cannot provide a store credit or exchange.

Faulty or Defective Item Returns:

If you receive a faulty or defective product, you may return it within 30 days with proof of purchase. We offer:

  • Exchange: Receive a replacement for the faulty item.
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.
  • Refund: A refund will be processed using the original payment method. If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued as a new gift card.

How to Initiate a Return:

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds for full-priced products will be processed within four weeks after the return package is handed to the shipper. In most cases, refunds may be issued sooner.

This timeline includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive the return.
  • 3 to 5 business days for processing.
  • 5 to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
