The COSRX Oil Free Ultra Moisturizing Lotion was developed to be a perfect complement to COSRX’s famous AHA and BHA products. It contains 70% Birch Sap, a powerhouse ingredient for calming and treating sensitive, irritated, or freshly exfoliated skin. Designed for all skin types, including oily skin, acne-prone skin, sensitive skin, dry skin and cracked skin. If you’ve ever experienced dryness due to acne medication, winter weather, or natural sensitivity, this is the cream for you. It quenches dry skin with zero greasy residue and calms acne-prone skin without causing breakouts.
Ingredients: Betula Platyphylla Japonica Juice, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Dimethicone, Betaine, Cetearyl Alcohol,1,2-Hexanediol, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Sodium Lactate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Allantoin, Panthenol, Xanthan Gum, Ethyl Hexanediol, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Peel Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil
Directions: Take an appropriate amount of lotion on palm and gently pat on your face for absorption.

Change of Mind Returns:
You may return an item within 30 days of purchase, provided you have valid proof of purchase. For change-of-mind returns, we offer:
- Exchange: Swap your item for another product.
- Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.
Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Complete sets or multi-item packs must be returned in full.
- The item must include all original packaging, wrapping, and box.
- Sale or promotional items, as well as purchases made using a coupon or promo code, are not eligible for return.
- Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including lip makeup, lip care, false eyelashes, nail art, accessories, and beauty tools (unless they remain sealed and in original packaging).
- All returned products undergo a quality and hygiene check. If an item has been opened or used, we cannot provide a store credit or exchange.
Faulty or Defective Item Returns:
If you receive a faulty or defective product, you may return it within 30 days with proof of purchase. We offer:
- Exchange: Receive a replacement for the faulty item.
- Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.
- Refund: A refund will be processed using the original payment method. If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued as a new gift card.
How to Initiate a Return:
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds for full-priced products will be processed within four weeks after the return package is handed to the shipper. In most cases, refunds may be issued sooner.
This timeline includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive the return.
- 3 to 5 business days for processing.
- 5 to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
To start a return, log in to your account, navigate to the "Complete Orders" section under My Account, and select "Return Item(s)". You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed.
