Infused with Tea Tree Leaf Water, Tea Tree Extract and 4-Terpineol, it helps calm irritation and support clearer-looking skin. Panthenol, Beta-Glucan and Sodium Hyaluronate work together to strengthen the moisture barrier and maintain long-lasting hydration. Zinc PCA assists with sebum care, leaving skin fresh and shine-controlled.

  • Sale or promotional items, as well as purchases made using a coupon or promo code, are not eligible for return.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including lip makeup, lip care, false eyelashes, nail art, accessories, and beauty tools (unless they remain sealed and in original packaging).
  • All returned products undergo a quality and hygiene check. If an item has been opened or used, we cannot provide a store credit or exchange.

Faulty or Defective Item Returns:

If you receive a faulty or defective product, you may return it within 30 days with proof of purchase. We offer:

  • Exchange: Receive a replacement for the faulty item.
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.
  • Refund: A refund will be processed using the original payment method. If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued as a new gift card.

  • 5 to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
