DIRECTIONS

1. After cleansing, gently wipe your entire face along the skin texture using the embossed side of the pad, excluding the area around the eyes.

2. Flip the pad and place it on your face like a sheet mask for 1 minute for intensive care.

*After use, be sure to close the lid tightly for storage.
*We recommend using the smooth side if you have sensitive skin and feel irritated from the rough side.

  • Complete sets or multi-item packs must be returned in full.
  • The item must include all original packaging, wrapping, and box.
  • Sale or promotional items, as well as purchases made using a coupon or promo code, are not eligible for return.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including lip makeup, lip care, false eyelashes, nail art, accessories, and beauty tools (unless they remain sealed and in original packaging).
  • All returned products undergo a quality and hygiene check. If an item has been opened or used, we cannot provide a store credit or exchange.

Faulty or Defective Item Returns:

If you receive a faulty or defective product, you may return it within 30 days with proof of purchase. We offer:

  • Exchange: Receive a replacement for the faulty item.
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.
  • Refund: A refund will be processed using the original payment method. If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued as a new gift card.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds for full-priced products will be processed within four weeks after the return package is handed to the shipper. In most cases, refunds may be issued sooner.

This timeline includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive the return.
  • 3 to 5 business days for processing.
  • 5 to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
