How it works:
- It leaves face feeling thoroughly cleansed and pristine.
- With naturally-derived ingredients, cleansing oil emulsifies and turns milky white to help dissolve impurities and increase moisture retention.
- Through patented mineral water manufacturing technology such as membrane filters, Dokdo Cleansing Oil's deep sea water contains a high concentration of 72 types of naturally-derived minerals (magnesium, calcium, zinc) to help maintain moisture balance.
Active Ingredients:
- Ceramide NP reinforces skin's natural lip barrier for dry and aging skin with an outstanding ability to maintain moisture balance.
- Evening Primrose Oil is extremely soothing and is an excellent antioxidant.
- Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil unclogs pores and helps control sebum levels. .
- Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Oil helps soothe dryness and irritation.
Directions: 1. With dry hands, apply to dry skin and massage unto face to melt away makeup and impurities. 2.After massaging, add a small amount of water for cleansing oil to emulsify into milky white color. 3. Rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water.
*Tips, for Blackhead removal: 1. Soak cotton pad and place in targeted areas with blackheads for 5 minutes 2. Remove a cotton pad and gently massage the targeted areas, rinse off with lukewarm water.

Change of Mind Returns:
You may return an item within 30 days of purchase, provided you have valid proof of purchase. For change-of-mind returns, we offer:
- Exchange: Swap your item for another product.
- Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.
Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Complete sets or multi-item packs must be returned in full.
- The item must include all original packaging, wrapping, and box.
- Sale or promotional items, as well as purchases made using a coupon or promo code, are not eligible for return.
- Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including lip makeup, lip care, false eyelashes, nail art, accessories, and beauty tools (unless they remain sealed and in original packaging).
- All returned products undergo a quality and hygiene check. If an item has been opened or used, we cannot provide a store credit or exchange.
Faulty or Defective Item Returns:
If you receive a faulty or defective product, you may return it within 30 days with proof of purchase. We offer:
- Exchange: Receive a replacement for the faulty item.
- Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.
- Refund: A refund will be processed using the original payment method. If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued as a new gift card.
How to Initiate a Return:
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds for full-priced products will be processed within four weeks after the return package is handed to the shipper. In most cases, refunds may be issued sooner.
This timeline includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive the return.
- 3 to 5 business days for processing.
- 5 to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
