Skinfood Sous Vide Mask Sheets are made using the Sous Vide method to help retain nutrients and moisture for maximum skincare benefits. Each mask features food-based extracts that nourish, hydrate, and revitalise the skin.

Available in 10 variants, each offering different benefits depending on your skin needs.

Mask Types
• Toner & Essence Type: Vegan cellulose sheets — thin, comfortable, and highly adhesive.
• Emulsion Type: Vegan lyocell sheets — silky soft with excellent elasticity.

Toner Type

How to use:

1. After cleansing and toning, lay the mask evenly over face and let it sit for 10-20 minutes.
2. Remove the mask and pat the remaining toner/essence/emulsion into skin for absorption.

Change of Mind Returns:

You may return an item within 30 days of purchase, provided you have valid proof of purchase. For change-of-mind returns, we offer:

  • Exchange: Swap your item for another product.
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • Complete sets or multi-item packs must be returned in full.
  • The item must include all original packaging, wrapping, and box.
  • Sale or promotional items, as well as purchases made using a coupon or promo code, are not eligible for return.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including lip makeup, lip care, false eyelashes, nail art, accessories, and beauty tools (unless they remain sealed and in original packaging).
  • All returned products undergo a quality and hygiene check. If an item has been opened or used, we cannot provide a store credit or exchange.

Faulty or Defective Item Returns:

If you receive a faulty or defective product, you may return it within 30 days with proof of purchase. We offer:

  • Exchange: Receive a replacement for the faulty item.
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.
  • Refund: A refund will be processed using the original payment method. If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued as a new gift card.

How to Initiate a Return:

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds for full-priced products will be processed within four weeks after the return package is handed to the shipper. In most cases, refunds may be issued sooner.

This timeline includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive the return.
  • 3 to 5 business days for processing.
  • 5 to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
