The Torriden SOLID IN Ceramide Lip Essence is a moisturising lip essence with 5D Ceramide Complex to effectively lock in moisture into the lips. Jojoba oil and shea butter further care for your lips and protect them from external stressors, while Fuligo® Wax extracted from Jeju-sourced seaweed softens lips and exfoliates away dead skin cells. This is a wonderful treat for dry, irritated lips.

HOW TO USE:

Apply directly onto lips with the applicator, or dispense a moderate amount of lip essence on your fingertip to apply onto lips. Before sleep, apply a thick layer onto lips like a lip mask for deeper moisturisation and better effects.

Change of Mind Returns:

You may return an item within 30 days of purchase, provided you have valid proof of purchase. For change-of-mind returns, we offer:

  • Exchange: Swap your item for another product.
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • Complete sets or multi-item packs must be returned in full.
  • The item must include all original packaging, wrapping, and box.
  • Sale or promotional items, as well as purchases made using a coupon or promo code, are not eligible for return.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including lip makeup, lip care, false eyelashes, nail art, accessories, and beauty tools (unless they remain sealed and in original packaging).
  • All returned products undergo a quality and hygiene check. If an item has been opened or used, we cannot provide a store credit or exchange.

Faulty or Defective Item Returns:

If you receive a faulty or defective product, you may return it within 30 days with proof of purchase. We offer:

  • Exchange: Receive a replacement for the faulty item.
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.
  • Refund: A refund will be processed using the original payment method. If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued as a new gift card.

How to Initiate a Return:

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds for full-priced products will be processed within four weeks after the return package is handed to the shipper. In most cases, refunds may be issued sooner.

This timeline includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive the return.
  • 3 to 5 business days for processing.
  • 5 to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.

We ship exclusively via Australia Post. Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping within Australia, with no additional weight-based charges.
